Site list enables better search, sorting and filtering
- Edit site data in the sites view by clicking the pen.
- Downloads now visible in the download icon.
- To remove old sites from default view make them archived.
- Archived sites are not listed by default and not visible in the Groundhawk device anymore.
Route plans
- You can send your route plan in DXF by email to support with exact name of site where it should be associated.
- The route can be seen both in Groundhawk device and helps to ensure all routes are mapped.
Cadastral map
- Available currently in Finland. Ensure the route is on the right property.
- This is also available in the Groundhawk device.
Comments
- Make comments on the map to the field team or to Groundhawk QA team.
Map view layers
- Click on/off layers like routes, points, photos, cadastral map, plans, comments.
Statistics download
- In the download section you can download latest site statistics excel file updated on daily basis.
Groundhawk training
For groups of 10 or more Groundhawk users one hour training is provided free online in Teams. Also open training sessions are available on request in English.
On-site training always has a price to cover travel time and travel expenses. You can request your training for Groundhawk from support@groundhawk.io.
New member in team?
Some Groundhawk customer companies have their own user management internally.
Refer to Groundhawk main user internally first for request user credentials for subcontractor.
If you are authorized to request for new users send email to support@groundhawk.io with the following information
- End user name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Role (typically field user)
