Step One:

Log into the device using your Groundhawk credentials

Create a new site

Choose 'Testing' as prime contractor

Name it: Firstname.Lastname.Org

Example: John.Johnson.Groundhawk

Use prime contractor "Testing"

Step Two:

Open the site you just created and:

1. Start mapping a surface route trench

2. Begin with a depth of 50 cm for the trench

3. Choose a combination of 2 cables and a 1 protection type

4. After the first 5m map a cabinet

5. Change the depth to 30cm

6. After the next 5m map a continuation piece

7. Change the cable type to be only one cable with no protection

8. End the mapping and upload it to the portal

Step Three:

Our Groundhawk team will check the site to make sure all attributes have been mapped correctly, and will send you one of two emails:

Passing email: If you receive this email, all you have left is the written test to gain your certification

Redo email with feedback: If you receive this email, please redo the mapping exercise and after passing continue with the course
