Every Groundhawk device comes with a full 1-year warranty for your peace of mind.

 

What does the warranty cover?

We stand by the quality of the Groundhawk and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. All Groundhawk devices are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use. Please note that it does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.

Warranty does not cover Physical damage to or of the device(s).

 

How to request a warranty service?

If your Groundhawk experiences an issue within the warranty period, fill the form below and follow these steps:

  1. Identify the Problem: Note down a clear description of what’s wrong with your device.
  2. Prepare Your Details: Include your name and contact information.
  3. Reach Out to Us: Contact our support team via email or phone. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Need to return your device?

If a return is necessary, you’ll receive instructions from our team on shipping the device back to us. Make sure to package the Groundhawk securely to prevent further damage during transit.
